Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using Tsuzuku (hereinafter "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User" refers to all individuals who use the App.
• "Content" refers to all information entered and stored by users in the App (such as habit data and notes).
• "Operator" refers to the individual or entity that provides and operates the App.

Article 3 (License)

The Operator grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Unauthorized modification or access to the App
• Using the App for illegal purposes
• Infringing upon the rights of other users or third parties
• Interfering with the operation of the App
• Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Article 5 (Content Ownership)

Ownership of content entered and stored by users in the App belongs to the users. The Operator will not use user content for purposes other than providing App functionality.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders. These Terms do not transfer any of these rights to users.

Article 7 (Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination)

The Operator may change, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice to users in the following cases:

• When performing maintenance or updates on the App
• When providing the App becomes difficult due to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or other force majeure
• When deemed necessary for operational or technical reasons

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Operator assumes no responsibility for the following:

• Damages incurred by users from using the App (including data loss)
• Guarantees regarding the functionality, accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App
• Issues arising from users' devices or network environments
• Issues arising from Apple, iCloud, or other third-party services

Users use the App at their own risk and are recommended to regularly back up important data.

Article 9 (Data Backup)

Users shall back up data stored in the App at their own responsibility. The Operator assumes no responsibility for data loss.

Article 10 (Account Suspension and Deletion)

The Operator may suspend or restrict the provision of the App to users who violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective when posted on this page. By continuing to use the App after changes, users are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the Operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to the App.
