Please only register Beacons that you own or manage in this app. Using this app to track others' Beacons without permission is prohibited. Users who violate these terms shall bear all responsibility.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using MyBeaconer ("the App"). Users shall use the App upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (Purpose of the App)

The App is a tool for testing and developing iBeacon transmission and reception. The App provides the following features:

  1. iBeacon transmission
  2. iBeacon reception and detection
  3. Sharing Beacon values via QR code
  4. Recording reception logs

Article 3 (Conditions of Use)

  1. Users shall only register Beacon devices that they own or manage in the App.
  2. Users shall not use the App for the purpose of tracking others' Beacons without permission.
  3. Users shall not use the App for any purpose that violates laws or regulations.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  1. Infringing on the privacy of others
  2. Monitoring or tracking others' Beacons without permission
  3. Using the App for criminal activities
  4. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying the App
  5. Redistributing the App for commercial purposes

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
  2. The developer is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.
  3. The developer is not responsible for any interruption, errors, or data loss in the App's operation.
  4. iBeacon detection accuracy may vary depending on the environment and device.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer.

Article 7 (Changes and Termination of Service)

The developer may change the content of the App or terminate its provision without notice.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

The developer may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect upon posting in the App or on the related website.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.
